My trauma lead me down a dark path where my soul was crushed and I saw no way out.
I got hit with depression, PTSD, paranoia, schizophrenia, and alcoholism. On top of everything else, I became ashamed of where I was at in life.
Fast forward in time…
I’m now 10+ years sober. The voices in my head are pretty much gone. I’m no longer afraid of the world, living a pretty normal life.
All without meds or any type of therapy, AA, or “professional” help.
The only help I got was from God.
My soul is 🔥 and I’m more optimistic than ever.
I feel blessed having made it through all that.
Now I’m helping others overcome similar struggles. If I can get through all that, anyone can.
